trying to understand costumes etc. it is very difficult to draw something like this. very chaotic. but i need to practice.. the only way how to make it look better. do u have some tips???

First: Wow! Design it´s amazing! Great character and you´ve perfected your style.
Maybe you need a bit more work in anatomy, arms see a bit rigid, but, really, GREAT work!

It is clear you are very talented. I think, exploring the many textures in costumes and clothing and how to convince the viewer that it is cloth (or whatever you want it to be) is a great place to start. This exercise, fully realized, could dramatically transform this very good start.

The costume and drawing are phenomenal - critique on the costume though. The design of it seems disproportionate or unappealing to the character's proportions. I would shorten the bottom bit in height or make the tentacles larger in circumference and length... Makes the person seem too short when by the look of their torso, they would be very tall, even without legs.
